Maceration of the skins for about 2 days, fermentation in steel at a low temperature (12-14 °C); followed by progressive filtration until sterile bottling.
In bottles for a few months.

Colour: faint golden colour.
Bouquet: characteristic moscato, floral and fruity aroma, intense.
Taste: sweet, but well balanced by the acidity, characteristic aftertaste.
Food pairings: dried pastry and sweets in general even those filled with custard and fruit, ice-creams.
